Company History 
Founded in 1979 in response to the need for professional graphic design and signage on eastern Long Island, Sign Language has grown into the area's largest and most respected design and production studio. While at the outset all lettering and design work was done by hand, we have kept in step with innovations in computer-aided design and production.
As a result of this marriage of automation and traditional techniques we have continued to grow, serving satisfied customers worldwide, as well as in our own backyard.

Our Philosophy
At Sign Language, we believe that it's all about communication. Our work represents a level of craftsmanship and novel design which has become rare in today's pre-fab approach to sign making.
We specialize in carved, three-dimensional signs, gold-leaf window graphics, banners, traditional hand-painted signs, vehicle lettering, and custom-crafted residential signs which add personality and beauty to your home. From aesthetically pleasing home signs to large scale commercial projects, we work closely with our customers through each step of the process in order to insure that the final result effectively communicates just what the client has in mind.
